I had a rather disappointing experience at this hotel. While the location was fantastic, being very close to the metro and city center, the rooms left much to be desired, especially regarding cleanliness and comfort. The service was lacking, with staff seemingly uninterested in helping guests. I was also shocked to find out that the private bathroom I paid for wasn't available. Overall, I expected more for the price I paid.
