Despite the initial appearance of the hotel, with its small lobby and breakfast rooms needing modernization, my stay was comfortable. The rooms provided ample space for two people and luggage, with plenty of storage space and hangers. However, the bathroom was a bit cramped which is common in many 3-star hotels in Europe and Italy where I've stayed during my vacation.

I loved that my room looked directly onto the lovely facade of the Termini railway station, and it was really clean with a nice banio in it, giving off old Roman vibes. The mix-up in the room assignment was swiftly resolved, and we were happy with the outcome.

My room wasn't too bad, although it was on the 2nd floor overlooking a side street with noisy waste bins being emptied every night. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, making my stay comfortable.
